I purchased a Coby 7 in from ABC Warehouse here in lansing i did not buy a warranty 2 months later it broke. I sent it back to the manufacture COBY with a copy my receipt. It was not only replace but they upgraded my system. So I say always know that a product usually comes with a 90 day to 1 year manufacture warranty.

The product was fine when it arrived. My daughter played with it for 2 mo and it just stopped working. BUT, this is the kicker. I bought the Buyer Protection plan - they are suppose to refund your money - but they didn't instead they sent me a gift card. So, when I go to purchase another item it was no longer available. There wasn't anything else I wanted in the store and they would not give me my money for the card. So, now I am stuck with a giftcard that is useless to me and no replacement for my daughter Christmas present. Never again will I shop at a R US store.

This product is slow, bought this tablet for my 6 yr old, it was terrible. Did not hold a charge and after 2 weeks the table completely shut off and will turn on, even charging. Can not connect to google system, and getjar does not work.
