        I made my first attempt to purchase a brown, long sleeve maternity shirt in December. The order was processed quickly and delivered in no time. Unfortunately, it was not brown but purple. In talking to the service rep, I was able to easily return it with the expectation that the correct item would be shipped to me. It never happened. I had to reorder it AND pay for shipping again. Again, I received a PURPLE shirt!~!!!! I spoke with several service reps, as well as, corporate reps. All were very nice and tried to help but there was no follow through. They would promise to do a bin check in 48 hours; it didn't happen. They promised to call with results instead of me having to call repeatedly to check in; it didn't happen. Instead of being able to wear the my chosen outfit for our family maternity photo shoot, I had to find something else to wear last minute because the situation still hadn't been resolved (Photo shoot was in FEBRUARY!!!!). I nevelr received my brown shirt and am stuck with a purple shirt that I know I won't wear.
