        For a small price, you get a lot of fun out of this item. The front shovel raises/lowers and tilts. The backhoe bucket on the rear raises/lowers and extends, and swivels just like the real thing. Nice to see Lego releases such great products and in time for the holidays when it was released. Being a big fan of construction equipment, this is another addition to the lineup and it operates very well. Only thing that detracts is that the rear wheels of a real backhoe are larger than the front wheels, but if you are an avid Technic enthuiast, you can put on larger tires. Makes an excellent when paired with the 8069 Technic Backhoe/Loader from a couple of years ago and still sold at TRU. Will not dissapoint at all. Teaches younger children the mechanics of gearing and helps develop motor skills.
