We got this one because of the price point (least expensive option). The first pump failed, I called Lansinoh customer service and left a message. They called back and sent a replacement OVERNIGHT, we sent them the defective unit. Works fine, way better than another company's manual pump we got as an emergency backup. It would be nice if larger flange sizes were available, instead of having to order a complete collection kit from the company for $40 for a larger size.
I'm very happy with this pump, even more happy since the excellent customer support offered by Lansinoh!

I really wanted to like the pump since I use all of their other produsts but it just didn't work out for me. My son will be 2 months in 3 days and I have went through 2 pumps. I had to call the company to send me a new pump twice. The first one I purchased I only was able to use it for maybe 2 weeks and it just stopped working, it would not turn on. I needed a pump asap so my husband went to the store at 2 am to buy me another one. When customer service finally answered the phone they sent me a replacement pump in 3 days. The 2nd pump that my husband brought me to use when the first pump stopped working is now not working either. The pump turns on unlike the 1st one but it has little to no suction, the only way it will work is if you shake it a bunch times during your pumping session. I had to call again to get another replacement pump for the 2nd purchased pump. I think they're have a manufacturing issue.

I bought this pump after it was referred to me by one of my hubbys coworkers. I used a single pump for 3 wks and then a clog got really bad that i got hospitalized. So we went and bought this ASAP!!
I couldnt breastfeed but wanted my daughter to still get my milk. So I pumped over 10x a day and was able to get at least 6-8 oz per breast and had to replace the valves every 2 months which i didnt mind. I had to borrow my sister pump when TSA had to throw out my valves bc i they had liquid (milk) on them. And she has one of the expensive ones and I HATED IT it hurt like hell and hardly got any milk out after pumping for 45 mins typically took me 20 mins.
so now i will only use this pump thinking about getting the newer pump since the base is smaller. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this one! And I got to use my 20% off coupon this pump!

I am unable to strictly nurse my newborn, so I picked up this pump and have been using it for the past week and a half. It's very easy to use-simple put together and controls. I strictly pump for my 3 week old and everything is going great. I used the Medela pump in the hospital but I like this one so much better. It's quick to put together and clean. I would definitely recommend.

love this pump. At first I felt weird not use to breastfeeding but the pump made it easy to adjust. not painful does the job and easy to clean and sterilize, and worth the money. No need to buy super expensive pumps this one is great.

The person who wrote the first review must not have had their pump for longer then a month because that's about how long it will last. My pump suddenly lost suction after only one month of use. Customer service sent me a new pump which only lasted for three weeks before I had the same problem. My pump broke the Saturday night before my first day back to work on Monday. Unable to afford a new pump after being out of work for two months and unable to contact customer service until Monday when it's too late, this sorry product has left me in a very difficult situation. Don't let it happen to you... buy something else!

This pump was recommended to me by a lactation consultant at Florida Hospital Celebration Health. I love it! It is extremely user friendly. The customizable suction levels and speeds are awesome! It is relatively quiet. It is easy to take apart to sterilize and easy to put back together as well. The LCD screen with the timer is a nice touch also! The best part of this pump for me is that it is super comfortable and on average it only takes me about 8 minutes to pump 6 ounces of milk!
