        My daughter received this for her 7th birthday. It is very cute, but there was a huge bin of them at Toys R Us and they were on sale--I'm guessing this was a defective batch. The doll is cute enough, but the onion/b.o. smell is awful. We have other oopsy dolls, and they do not smell bad, so it must be defective. We will try to return.

              My daughter has been crazy about Lalaloopsy so we let her pick out a doll the other day and chose the Princess Anise doll. I was cleaning earlier and kept smelling a horrible body odor/onion smell and finally realized it is this Lalaloopsy doll!! What in the world?! I have no box or receipt to return it so I put it in a lingerie bag and washed it in a load of towels and it did nothing to help. I guess I'm going to have to toss it! Gross!

                My 1.5 year old daughter got a lalaloopsie princess Anise as a gift. She isn't at a age to care about it and I don't get what all the rage is about BUT its a cute toy. We kept smelling onion and finally discovered that it was the doll. Unfortunatly I already threw out the box and I don't have a receipt as it was a gift. The smell is absolutley horrible!

                My daughter adores and collects Lalaloopsys, we bought this LalaOopsie Princess for her B-day recently. I pre-ordered it a month in advance. She couldnt be happier BUT the particular doll has a strange odor/strench that can only be described as body odor or onions!! I am not kidding...MGA gladly agreed to setup an exchange if it doesnt go away within sometime...its been a week and the smell is still there but much weaker. We were assured its not toxic, so we just don't let our child to sleep with it...Other then that the doll is very unique, just dont throw your reciepts/packaging out right away, to exchange incase you might get a lemon, thats all:)
