The Atari Flashback 4 isn't too much of an improvement over the other Flashbacks. They shouldn't have made this wireless because it doesn't work too well. There are only a few good games on this Flashback. This Flashback need some Activision and Imagic games to make it worth buying. Some games like Pitfall, Sea Quest, River Raid, and Dragon Fire would have been a better game selection. The Flashback 4 has too many sports games that have aged poorly. Maybe, the Flashback 5 will be better. lol

The best improvement on this version of Flashback is the LED light that tells you that it is on.

dissappointed that remotes take AAA batteries, remotes were very stiff and hard to control. They froze up, could not even exit game or navigate through main menu. All the games I loved playing as a kid were not even on it. Should have had a directional manual for the games so you knew what to do if you were not familiar with that particular game

I bought thie Atari flashback 4 for my husband for Christmas- I thought it would be great.. But the review about the wireless remotes not working well was definitely correct. The game looked exactly like the real Atari and froze like the real one too.. But with our technology and game systems now a days, freezing is just annoying. We tried to play our favorite game of Pong, but only one of the remotes would work. This again is probably the wireless remote issue, but what really turned us away and made our decision to return it and not sell it to his brother... Was that it FROZE THE IMAGES OF THE GAME INTO OUR HD TV!!!! They images eventually went away, but it took a good 15 minutes- and we only had the game on for maybe a half hour.

Really enjoyed playing the old games. No Pac man or ms. Pac man.

Less than a week after giving it to the kids it stopped working completely. Would not power up.

My husband loved the gift until he plugged it in and tried to play his favorite game, Break out. The joysticks are are to sensitive to use. He couldn't play it at all. Also, the second player joystick doesn't work half the time so we can't even play together. The kids get a kick out of it though, but half to play single player.

So bummed! Bought this for my kids for New Years Eve entertainment and plugged it all in and it won't work!! Bunch of different colored lines across the screen and nothing else.

I remember these games when they first came out and this rendering of Atari classic falls far short, they did not even get pong right, save your money !
