The Baby Sitter: A Caregiver for the Most Tender Ages
Taking care of babies is an important and delicate task, but Barbie is always up to the challenge. After giving baby a bath, Barbie helps sooth the baby by lifting her up for a good snuggle, giving her a bottle, then rocking her to sleep gently in the swing.
Like Real-life Baby Care
This baby doesn’t cry or fuss, but she’ll let Barbie know when to change her diaper! After giving the baby a bit of water from her baby bottle, the baby’s diaper will change color. Bring baby to the changing table, add a (pretend) dose of talcum powder to baby’s bottom, and she’ll be clean and dry in no time. Put her down in the crib and make her smile by swinging the mobile with a little push.

Girls can explore the nurturing role of a baby sitter with this play set. Barbie® I Can Be?™ Baby Sitter is ready to care for her tiny charge on the included changing table to which is attached a mobile that turns manually. The baby can also be soothed in the swing, which really moves back and forth when girls press a lever, or by cuddling with Barbie® doll who lifts the baby when the lever in her back is pressed. The baby can 'drink' from the bottle filled with water and really wets itself. Barbie® doll knows when it's time to change the diaper because it changes color. Additional themed accessory includes a 'bottle of talcum powder.' Doll cannot stand alone. Ages 3 and older.

I bought this Barbie for my 4 year old daughter for her Birthday. She loved it. The only complaint I have is that the swing doesn't really swing once it's all assembeled and sitting down. The legs of the swing aren't quite long enough to get the swing off the ground enough to go back and forth. Otherwise, very fun toy.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
