The carrier has a breathable padded waist strap and harness system, there are no straps between the wearer and the child, and includes a removable and washable fashion cover. The Medley is safe to use with babies between 8 and 35 pounds, and the different carry positions allows this carrier to grow with your baby. The Medley is machine washable. One-size-fits-all. Seat extender also included. Large fits womens dress size 14-16, mens suit jacket size 43-46.

Tried this and just NO. What sucked me in was the price, but you get what you pay for. I'll be buying a decent carrier that actually has a seat for my baby. This is as bad as a Bjorn. I promise, you're baby does not want to hang by his crotch. Give him a proper (wider) seat, facing IN, and both he and your back will thank you.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
