Prepare: To thaw or warm place warm water in bottle. Next, place protection pod with milk into bottle. Remove cover & affix nipple. To sterilize or store: Handy microwaveable steri-box included to sterilize or store/carry pump & accessories. Feed: With protection pod or bottle, go straight from breast to bottle without transferring or waste.
