    My daughter was asking for a Barbie Mermaid for Christmas and this one fit the bill. It is the coolest looking of all the other Barbie mermaids in my opinion.She is also more poseable than some of the others. Her colors are bright with icy water (or when she's dry) and pastel with warm water. My daughter loves playing with her in the bath tub. I also like that the fin on her tail isn't detatchable like a lot of the other's, so it doesn't fall off.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
