Product Description

"Transform your Joovy Caboose, Caboose Ultralight or Big Caboose rear seat into a full-size seat with the addition of our Caboose Too Rear Seat.

This accessory converts the bench seat of the Caboose stroller to a full-size seat in minutes! It installs easily onto the existing rear platform and stroller frame. The Caboose Too Seat reclines and includes a 5-point harness. It accommodates a child with a minimum age of 6 months and max weight of 45 lbs.

The Caboose Too Seat is a perfect solution for families looking for a compact double or triple stroller and for those with children close in age. The Caboose Too Seat offers additional support and comfort for children still too young to use the bench seat and the standing platform of the Caboose. This configuration offers the flexibility to use the Caboose Too Seat until the older child reaches the point where they want to sit or stand on the back of the Caboose - when ?independence? kicks in and they are big enough to do so.

Comments about Joovy Caboose Too Rear Seat - Greenie:

Mommy of 7....I have a Joovy Caboose Ultralight that was made in 2012 according to the date code one the bottom of the stroller and was purchased new in 2013. The color is "greenie" and this was still a PERFECT color match in 2015! The only difference is the crotch buckle on my Joovy sit n stand bench didn't match the buckles on the Joovy Too seat I ordered, but that was not a problem because they included a crotch buckle to swap out for people like me! I left the old crotch strap attached to the stroller with the sit n stand bench straps buckled into it so that they don't get lost later when I convert back from a double to the sit n stand....There is a D ring on the crotch strap, I passed the strap through this and lifted the crotch buckle out the top of the bench pad (so you aren't trying to push that big buckle through the slit in the pad) and removed the pad. Then I hooked that old crotch strap buckle right back on the way it was and spun it to the underside of the bench. I removed the upper/chest straps from behind the front seat back (the ones for the bench) and buckled them into that crotch buckle under the bench (out of the way, never to be misplaced). I then put the bench pad back on after feeding the NEW crotch strap through both the new Too seat and bench pad and hooking it on how the old one was using the D ring. Then proceed with the written instructions that come in the booklet to attach the new seat. I do believe that when I put the bench pad on that I flipped it around because the slit is not centered. So when a child sits facing the rear on the bench, the crotch strap and buckle give them enough room because it is further towards the back of the stroller. But when a child sits in the Too Seat, you need that slit closer to the front of the stroller to give them more room, to allow that new buckle/strap to come through the hole further away from them. Basically flipping the bench pad around lets the slit in it line up better with the slit in the Too Seat. I also installed the new crotch buckle strap in the position furthest to the front of the stroller (there are a couple holes to use in the bench to wrap through and around, do the option that gives the most room. Otherwise you hardly have any strap comping up through. All mistakes I made before doing correctly as I described! Also, if you didn't know....Joovy made a change to the caboose ultralight in 2014 that you will not like. It puts the seat back of the front seat right in the face of the rear Too seat or into the space of the sit n stand rider and no way of tilting it up...the highest incline is too reclined. So do as I did and buy used off craigslist! These things as SO WELL MADE that even used looks new. The lightest weight double stroller around, super easy to manuver, and made SO WELL. The canopy is awesome. There are even storage pockets on the outsides of the stroller storage basket that you can put to good use when you have it as a double (because the feet of the rear rider kind of block that basket, that is where they hang) Do like us and use a bungie cord to strap your diaper bag onto the standing platform since you have no rider standing with the Too Seat installed.

Comments about Joovy Caboose Too Rear Seat - Greenie:

Super easy to put onto existing stroller! Great for my littlest one while the older one is in front. My 2 year old can fit comfortably in the back as well. He only likes to be back there while he is sleeping though! The only downside to installing this is that the storage compartment is hard to get to when an older child is in the back seat.
