We ordered this playset via site to store. It arrived within 5 days, and we had 5 days to pick it up before it got sent back to the warehouse. It comes in a rather large box, so if you choose this route, just make sure you have a large enough truck for it. It took my husband and another man about 3 hours to put together, but they were in no hurry to put it together. The quick assembly time is one of the main reasons why we chose this playset over the wooden ones. I guess because its plastic, its not 100% sturdy, but it works really well for our toddler. We bought him the coordinating toddler/infant swing and he loves it. He hasn't quite gotten the concept of how to climb up the climbing wall, but he still enjoys it even though we have to help him. We purchased this item on sale and have found it to be an overall good purchase.

My husband and I spent an hour and a half putting this together, in the dark. The instructions were easy to follow and it came with all the necessary parts (and none left over).

Our almost 2 year old has a bit of trouble with the "rock climbing" type ladder, but she'll get the hang of it soon. We added her baby Little Tikes swing until she's old enough to use the big-girl swings that come with the set.

I anticipate this swing-set will last at least 2 years for her...longer for the family if more children are added. The quality of materials is great. The functionality appears to be fun for well over another year.

After shopping around, the Toys R Us price was good. We didn't find anything equal in quality or of similar structure for a better price.

*Would've received 5 stars with a previous generation ladder.
