This product is a classic, I had one and I want to get one for my little sister. I guess it's fun because we all have questions that we want answered, still it's one that you may use even when your older and keep around the house just for fun. Everytime your curious you just pick it up and give it a shake, that's what I like about it.

These things are stupid and useless!

When the MAGIC 8 BALL isn't being frustratingly ambiguous, its forecast is always wrong! I have tested it numerous times with certain facts you know to be true. This is its reply when you ask if it is your friend John's birthday today. See? Stupid!

I guess maybe it could be used as a reverse-prediction device, and always trust the opposite of what it says. But that seems dumb to me. And anyway, the thing gives me a bad vibe. I might consider smashing it, but you are a little superstitious about whatever ominous consequences that might have, even if the occult talisman in question is a cheap piece of garbage.

I have had one of these really neat devices for twenty or so years,It has actually helped me find lost items around the house! I really depend on my eigut ball for the daily forcast and nine times out of ten it's right,It.s erie but great.

The Magic 8 Ball is tried and true. The sales clerk had to have it shipped to me because the store was out of stock. He checked the box not to have emails sent to me, but for some reason I have been getting daily emails from Toys R Us and from Babys R Us. I opt out every day but they still keep coming.Never again.The rating is for the Mattel product. Course, after I purchased the wife said "there is an app for that!". Sure enough. I downloaded from [@].

I bought my 8 ball (we named it herbie) to have some fun with my daughter on the 2 days a week i get to see her. She loves it!! We ask herbie all sorts of fun/goofy questions and always get a kick out of his answers. One of the best things is herbie doesn't need any batteries -He's just fun!!. A great entertainment/fun value for something that costs very little compared to many toys these days.
