I have had more fun w/ my grandson playing this game. He is only 5yrs. but he LOVES when it buzzes and we will laugh til we cry! I loved this game as a kid and even more now. I will bring it out when friends come over and we will all sit around and play this and other HASBRO games that I have for the (kids)!! I think we buy these games because it takes us back!

The original operation game was better. it actually vibrated when you touched the tweezer to the metal. now it just makes a buzzing sound effect, and there are all sorts of other annoying noises this game makes now...toilet sounds, cell phone ringing etc. the original was by far better. also, the new operation contains no bones!! that was the fun part of the original! instead, it contains little pieces you pull out, like a cell phone, a toilet, a booger. so lame!!

I don't understand the good reviews for this game. The tweezers are so dull you can't grab most of the pieces, steady hand or not. Frustrating and annoying. It also annoys my seven-year-old.

I used to play this when I was a kid and bought it on a whim to play with my (not so little) kids. They've changed all the body parts, everything is too easy, no challenge, no fun. This would be a good game for little, little ones. The original was fun for both little and not so little. Completely disappointed.

This game made my 6 and 4 year old play together and have lots of fun! Bought it on-line and due to urgent delivery I paid over US60 for a next day delivery, which never happened.....toy's r us delivered 4 days after and my babies had to wait! no more on-line at this store for us!

Purchased the first operation game but the nose would not buzz on ANY setting. Thought we purchased a faulty game so got another one only to encounter the same problem. The game makes all of the other ridiculous sounds but the nose will not buzz or light up when the sides are touched. What are the chances of getting two faulty games? Annoyed

Not for very young children due to small parts. Need to have a steady hand to remove parts with the attached tweezer. Put small parts in a zippered pouch so they don't get lost.
