    I played with my 10 year granddaughter. It takes more than two minutes to learn the game. We had to read the instructions several times and still miss some of the notes. I just reread the instructions and just understood about continuing playing when all 12 of your pieces are on the board. We stopped playing when this happened, but now I know to continue playing. It should be more fun next time we play the game. It was also slow to play because we each would stop to think about our move before we placed our game piece or gobblet. If you play without thinking, the game would go faster, but you also increase your chance of losing to the other player. The wooden box, game pieces, instruction sheet are of high quality. I am impressed.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      Fun for kids AND adults and educational

      Comments about Blue Orange USA Gobblet Game:

      This is a strategy game that you can play with kids and adults. It is very easy to learn-only a few rules and games are quick (5min or so) but depending on your opponent's skill, it can be challenging to win. As an educator, I highly recommend it. High quality construction as well.
