I love this potty. I bought it in pink for my daughter. We tried other seats but the bowls had small rims and it pinched when she wiggled. The bowl for this potty goes all the way across and down the sides. This keeps the potty from pinching legs when kids wiggle. Clean up is a breeze!! We are coming up to the summer and I am going to potty train my son. So I am ordering a white one. He likes to sit on the pink one. I am the one with the color issues.

We were going to get the backless one, but after seeing it in the store decided it was too small for my son. He was two at the time. This potty worked great for him. He was very comfortable with it. With a boy, you do have to watch out for the "fountain" over the splash guard, but we figured out how to keep it contained. This was very easy to clean as it only has two parts and no joints or hinges. I read some of the other reviews and cannot understand how their children got their bottoms pinched. As for red marks, you'll get those if you sit on anything long enough. The potty isn't any harder than a regular toilet seat that the kid will eventually have to sit on.

I am very happy with this potty chair. I decided to purchase this chair after reading all the positive reviews. I have one on the first floor of my house and one on the second floor. My 2 year old sits on it comfortably and I have had no issues with it. It has no bells or whistles which is a good thing. You don't want your toddler to be distracted while using the potty. I have no complaints!

My son is 20 months old and has had great success with this toilet. I bought it in white, because it looks more like a regular toilet, and hopefully will help with transitioning to the "big toilet". It has a high pee guard which works really well, unless he accidentally sits slightly sideways. The entire bottom has a strip of rubber so it doesn't slide on tile or wood flooring. It's super easy to clean, just the base and the cup with no grooves or creases. It's lightweight, so I can easily carry the whole toilet up/down the stairs to wherever he's playing. He uses the high back to help him stand up and I was afraid it would tip over, but the design is extremely sturdy and doesn't even budge. I dump and rinse it as soon as he poops/pees, so even though it's white, we don't have any stains. We're very happy with this purchase. There are no bells and whistles or recognizable TV characters, just a simple, easy to use toilet.

We've been using this potty since our son was 5 weeks old; he's now 5 months. We started elimination communication early, mostly because he had a habit of peeing on the changing table, so why not pee in a potty? We have to hold him upright of course, but he's always happy to use the potty, and grins at us in the bathroom mirror.

It works well and is easy to clean, I just tip the pee/poop into the toilet and rinse the bowl out, then dry with a spare reusable daiper ready for the next sitting.

The one problem I have is that the inked bear logo on the front dissolves in baby spit up. Since our son tends to spit up while on the potty a lot, this means that we're frequently wiping the now dissolved ink all over the potty, ourselves and the daiper cloths. I know his spit up may be a little acid or alkaline, but I've never known an ink that will actually dissolve and get spread around quite like this.

If Baby Bjorn could test some new inks and use one that doesn't dissolve in baby spit-up (if they need any spit for testing my son has plenty) it would benefit future generations of parents.

In all other respects this potty seems perfect and I can't see whay anyone would buy anything else.

So far used this with two of my kids and it works great. It is very comfortable and not messy. Also teaches the child to clean up after his/her self with ease. I think this is the best potty product out there.

I bought this potty (in red color) when my daughter was 17 months old. It has a high backrest which makes it comfortable for her to sit on for a few minutes each time. It is easy to clean. We love it!

My daughter received this potty (in white) for her 1st birthday. I sat her on it 3/5 times the day after her birthday & she peed! I was ecstatic! We did this for about a week & then all of a sudden she started crying when I sat her on it :( - still let her play with it & take the potty apart, but we aren't forcing her to use it.
The higher back is great to allow her to have support (as I initially wasn't sure if I wanted the higher back), & the side arms are great to support her in pushing herself up & walking away from the potty!
I'd highly recommend this potty! It doesn't take up a lot of room & is simple (to avoid distractions while trying to get her to go!)

I bought 3 of these potties for one little boy--for his house, my house, and his "school." It is perfect for little boys but I don't see why it wouldn't work for a little girl as well. It must be comfortable because he loves to sit on it, and the raised plastic front does double duty as a pee-guard and a handle for emptying. I actually bought it based on a google search for the best potties for little boys and the rave reviews it got. I definitely concur!
