My 3 month old son has a dry skin condition called ichthyosis. This cleanser works great in combination with the moisturizing cream from this line. I've also tried the Aveeno line for eczema and it's way too drying. The only problem with this is that it is very expensive, but a little goes a long way.

My infant daughter had some dry patches on her legs and face (mild eczema). Someone recommended this product line to me and I'm so grateful she did! My baby's skin cleared up immediately and has stayed smooth, even, and clear ever since. I won't even bother with those other products.

I use this for not only my sons (both under 3) who have excema, but for my husband and I as well. It is by far the best soap I have ever bought. I definitely recommend using it with the lotion. The only thing I might think of next time is that when I bought the product, the pamphlet on the inside said the milky oil bath (something like that) is best for severe break-outs and replenishes lipids on your skin. I would like to try that also. This soap (and lotion) has REPLACED every day prescription creams for my kids' excema.

My four mouth old had eczema at two months. I bought this as well as the moisturizer. It cleared up her breakout with no problem. I even wash her hair with it and she is an African-American baby. It does not dry her hair out. I now use all there products for eczema-prone skin. I even skip days with the lotion and her skin is still moist. Its not highly scented, and she still smells great. I love it.

This product is great! My baby started getting eczema when he was about 3 months old and I tried everything on him. All the other sensitive skin baby washes dried out or irritated his skin. Ever since I started using Mustela dry skin wash on him his skin is so soft and has imporved so much that the nurses at his doctors office noticed a drastic improvment in his skin. His eczema has completely vanished!! Thank God!

We used this with the Mustela Stelatopia Milky Bath Oil and the Mustela Stelatopia Moisturizing Cream. Using all three products together cured my baby's eczema in less than a week. My husband and I were amazed! Her skin is as smooth as the day she was born. Before using Mustela, we tried every product to cure her eczema and nothing worked. If your baby has eczema you have to try the Mustela Stelatopia products!!

I use it together with Stelatopia Cream and I think there are no better products for infantile eczema. I don't remember when was the last time we used a steroid cream on my baby boy. Before I used this cleanser I bought something similar from cheaper brand A...o and I hated. This cleanser is not as thick, works better and trust me it is worth every penny.

My daughter is 2 years old and has a lot of allergies. She suffers from eczema and has had it since she was about 6 months old. My daughters skin has cleared up dramatically in part of this product and using aveno eczema lotion straight after a bath. If we run out of this cleanser and try to use regular soap her eczema comes back. This product and the other products by this brand are really great products for children with allergies. Also it last a long time because you only have to use a little since it is really thick.
