        Bought for 18 month old. Absolutely loves the colors, texture of the 'donuts' and enjoys playing color games and lacing games. Would recommend.

          Really love this product! We gave this to our son for his 2nd birthday based on recommendation to look for toys that worked on fine motor skills (lacing). He really loves sorting by color and lacing the "candies" by himself. Only thing we didn't like about product is that we can't get the scoop to fit in the container, but really that's a minor issue. Overall, it's teaching him colors and lacing skills. Soon he'll learn the letters. Recommend this product!

            My mom purchased these for use in her classroom to help children with there letters. She keeps them in her car and my 2 year old son just loves them when we are out with her. It keeps him entertained in the car for hour long trips. He likes to make long strings of matching colors and letter. He is now working on doing patterns with them. The come in a handy container just right for travel. Much better then him watching tv in the car.

              I purchased this for my daughter's 2nd birthday. Both my 2-year old and my 5-year old were initially very interested in these m&m look alikes. Then they attempted to lace them onto the strings. Frustration soon followed when neither could get the beads on the laces. I attempted to help and also found it quite difficult to lace the beads. The shoestring kept snagging on the plastic beads, and some of the holes were too small for the lace to fit through. They were immediately returned to the store. Don't bother with these - there are much better chunkier beads out there that can be laced by a 2 year old!

              Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
