My 17-month old has had "Mr. Puppy" since he was born. It is his lovey, his best friend... his total comfort pet. He cannot sleep without him, and whenever he gets scared, tired, or sick, he looks all over for Mr. Puppy.
We now have about 5 of these because my son brings the puppy to daycare so it gets dirty every day. But it is well worth it, and I suspect we will have Mr Puppy for many years to come.

My son loved his "doggy" given to him by an older sister so much that we needed to have some in rotation to help it last longer (not due to product but because he loves to eat his nose) Doggy quickly became his favorite lovey!

This is my son's doggie-dog. I found Spunky at a second-hand store before my son was born. He has been my son's best friend since day 1! He cannot sleep without him! When he gets worn and well loved, he can be thrown in the washer and dryer and be good as new! We can't live without him!

My oldest son got this as a gift when he was a baby, he is now 5 and hasn't spent a day/night without him! He absolutely loves this little blue puppy. I have always thrown it right in the washer and it comes out perfectly. It didn't harm the barking mechanism at all. Really holds up to lots of loving!! But I'd recommend buying a backup if your child loves it, just in case!

This is small, soft, and squishy . . . perfect for that 1st birthday. The fact that he barks was an unexpected bonus! My little grandson loves it.

My little guy carries this dog all over. We have 3 because he likes to bite "Doggie's" nose and he needs to be cleaned. I did throw Doggie in the wash despite the warnings on the tag. It came out fine. You can open up the seam and remove the barking mechanism.

My 10-month-old son loves this dog! He always reaches for it as soon as he is in his crib. We just got another one as back-up just in case.

This plush dog is so soft and cuddly. All little kids and babies (and adults) love it. It's one of the nicer plush dogs out there. It also comes in pink and neutral.
