my two girls love this kitchen. they are 4 1/2 and 18 months and both have fun playing with it. they both really love the sounds the stove makes when you put a pot on it. Also my 4 1/2 yr old likes the drawer for untesils. there are lots of places to store food and dishes. It is a good size for both their ages. I would give it 5 stars for the "play" factor however the assembly deserves a 3 or 4. It takes alot of batteries and some of the pre drilled holes did not line up so it was very hard especially to get the keypads for the ovens screwed in. overall it is another great Step 2 product so I would recommend it.

Both my kids love this but the batteries are difficult to change and the oven and top two cabinets do not stay closed. And my 1 yr old likes to stand on the oven door b/c it doesnt stay up. They dont mind the defects and that's all that matters.

This is a perfect little kitchen, my son, future Chef absolutely LOVES it! We put it right in Our kitchen so he can cook with me!
The Only thing I would change is the Fridge location, I would prefer it on the lower half instead of sitting on the counter top OR extend it all the way down to make it appear as a FULL size fridge.

My babies are 18m old and love playing with this. They love the oven, microwave and phone because of the sounds. Took a while to put together but worth the time. Would def. recommend.

Got this kitchen as a gift for christmas for my 20 month old daughter.. not to bad putting it together...a few not so clear parts in the instructions. Disappointed that the oven door does not stay closed & the top cabitnets don't completely stay shut..

This kitchen was a piece of cake to assemble, we used a drill as suggested. My daughter has a blast with it, she is 2 years old and loves all the compartments. She's happily content with the small accessory kit that comes with it, there isn't much food though, but she's still young enough to not really make the relation between what is what. She will definitely be able to grow with this kitchen and already is discovering new things about it every day.

Just bought this for my son's 2nd birthday and he loves it. Fun features - not to difficult to put together. Did not give it 5 stars because the oven door does not easily remain shut and the top cabinets don't really close. Overall though, good choice with lots of fun extras (sounds, light, etc.)

My 2 year old son got this for christmas last year(2010) and he loved it from the minute we put it together! It was SO easy to put together and the only problem we've had with it so far is that the Oven door doesnt stay shut(It never has?) He really enjoys that the different pots make different noises and he loves the little light over the sink(that's just like mommys!) :) I would definitely buy this again!

We've had it for 2 years, and it still looks new. It's a good size for a 1-3.5 year old. There are lots of places to hide foods and pans. There is enough room for our 2 closely aged children to play. Just two complaints- when the oven door is opened and laying on the floor, a little one can climb on and tip it. also, the doors in the center, top cabinets have never closed completely on ours- not a big deal for the kids.
