DOnt waste you money, its like foam and the supplies stick to the foam. you cant use the rolling pin, it gets stuck. i bought two now i wish i could return. Sorry!

Good directions, used with foot. Be sure it is thick enough AFTER the impression - after it dried I realized the heel of the foot had dipped below the thickness so there was a small hole, but easy enough to fix with say white out.

LOVE this product. First, the directions say to put it between waxed paper and roll it out. If you do that it doesnt stick to the rolling pin. You cannot roll it out thin or you dont get a good impression. I left it about a half inch thick. Once I got the impression, you can make the hole by putting the straw in a cup of water, making it wet obviously, and twisting the straw in the material so that it punches a hole in it. You cannot put a dry straw through it, but again, the instructions say that.

We've made this project every Christmas and it is so cool to see the difference from year to year. We'll keep buying this product until their hands are too big!

This product was so terrible I had to come right on and rate it immediately. The "clay" is exactly like Model Magic or some play-doh type compound children play with and it sticks to everything! I had a difficult time getting it out of the bag, it stuck to the rolling pin (which was then useless), and stuck all over my little one's hand and foot (we tried both). We couldn't get a good print, and even when we had something that looked like a foot we couldn't use the plastic circle to trim it or the plastic tube to punch a hole in it because it sticks to everything and ruined it. So I just threw the whole thing away. What a waste of money! Terrible product!

This was a waste of money! The modeling compound is like something you buy for your children. It was difficult to get out of the package, stuck all over the wooden rolling pin, picked up lint, and was flimsy when it dried. I ended up throwing it away and will spend my money on a kit that has clay.

So first off, both the rolling pin and the circle sticks to the clay. You can't use either one so don't even try. We put a second piece of foil over the clay and used a heavy pot to smash it flat. That worked pretty well. The hole punch thing doesn't work either. The only way to salvage this thing is to drill the holes after it dries and use a dremel to smooth the edges. Overall a big disappointment.

easy to set up and do. I just thought it would be a better imprint of child's hand. Used it to make feet and hand for my 1 year old birthday. Not very detailed but still cute. Cheap, fast so it served its purpose.

Absolutely awful product. I could barely get the clay out of the wrapper. It stuck to my hands after kneading it for 3 min (per instructions) so I kneaded it for about 10 min. That helped. Got to the rolling pin (per instruction) and it stuck to the pin. Needless to say, it also stuck to my child's hand. If there are other steps necessary (e.g. powdering your hands) then the manufacturer NEEDS TO PUT THEM IN WRITING in the box. I never write reviews but this experience was so bad I felt it necessary to save other people from wasting their money.

Horrible. The stuff sticks to the wooden dowel and doesnt roll out. We tried it also using foil on top and bottom to roll out and the foil leaves a lot of wrinkles. We also tried it with wax paper, but the goo then sticks to the wax paper because it gets too warm. Youre better off getting an actual plaster kit.

I tried to use this to make imprints of my daughter's hand and foot. The material was far too hard. I had to press quite hard to make any kind of imprint at all. I found sculpey clay worked much better.
