My doctor reccommended I buy this product because of all the lower back pain I was getting. This product was a LIFE saver. After wearing it for a few hours I was able to do things that instantly gave me back pain (house work, holding my 18mo old niece) with no back pain at all.

Now for me, if I wear it ALL day, my upper back starts to ache. However, if I only wear it when doing any of the activites that made my back instantly hurt, it worked wonders.

I wear this support everyday under my clothes and no one can tell I'm wearing it unless I show them. My back pain has decreased significantly and I'm able to walk normal.

Highly recommended to all pregnant moms with any lower back discomfort.

One downside is that the band has a tendency to roll down after several wears.

I bought this to give my belly a little support during my third trimester, and possibly for sleeping. I am a size 5-6 pre-pregnancy and under 120 pounds, although I have a small waist and decent hips. Well, the S-M size was soooo tight! I wore it for about 10 minutes, but could never wear it for extended periods of time. It did bunch a little, like other posters mentioned; however, I would have dealt with that if it was comfy. I returned it with the plan of trying the larger size, but the store (which had tons of them) only had S-M. Makes me think I'm not the only one this happened to! Good concept, bad sizing.

This item does take the pressure off my back and helps to support the weight of my stomach. Im ALL baby and feel the pressure now that Im in my 3rd trimester. It does constantly bunch and roll up making me have to readjust it a lot. Could have a bit more support to it...but it works for now.

I really love this support belt. I was having extreme difficulty walking due to the tearing feeling of my previous c-sections scars stretching and the hip/pubic bone separation. It gets a tad uncomfortable after wearing a whole day, but really, what wouldn't?

Just purchased. Will be returning today. When you put it on it makes no sense.I was a dress size 5 before pregnancy and the size chartnsaid mine is for size 6-14....it is was too small for me.so now I have. To return the thing and go back spend a few more dollars on a better product. Not happy at all.

This product helped support my back and was quite comfortable. It did roll a bit but helped support my belly, espcially as I "grew". It stabilized my belly during car rides which were particularly bothersome for me.

It's impossible to get this belt to stay on without having it roll and bunch. That alone would be annoying but okay. However, it also bunches up in the front, where the velcro closure is. The material is thicker/more substantial there, so the folds push into the skin, leaving painful red welts after as little as 10 minutes of wearing the belt. It also ends up forcing the scratchy side of the velcro against the skin.
I'd personally rather deal with the back pain than with the pain this belt caused me.

I bought this item for back pain relief and support while working out. It was okay and held my stomach firm during my light aerobics but it bunches up and rolls on sides and back. I couldn't wear it during normal activities because it was uncomfortable bunching and the band is very noticeable underneath clothes.

Ok try this on before you buy it I read reviews before purchasing and tried it on before buying. I just love it espically in the 3rd trimester. Wish I had it with first child. It will roll and bunch but I think all supports will do that.
