First off, you cannot put this pool on grass!
2nd - if your yard is not perfectly level don't buy it. Ours was out 1 inch and ended up with a Tsunami - gallons and gallons of water rushing out the side.
3rd - then we took out grass, leveled yard - perfectly level - and the pool itself is still lobsided. We are waiting to see how long it stands up for. Spend the extra money and get something decent.
Last but not least the seller commented on how absolutely fantastic this pool is and I can't see anyone who states that their yard is not level are happy people with a happy pool!
It's super heavy and not at all as easy and carefree as the video states it is to put up.

We set our pool up only to find out the pump was cracked. After a struggle with the Replacement plan folks at ToysRUs, we called Intex who sent us a new one. By the time we got it, our pool was green so we drained/cleaned it and refilled. After a week, the threads on a one inch section of the side of the pool popped with pressure. [...] They only cover 3 things with these pools. I suggest not wasting your money on the replacement plan b/c the employees tell you that the plan will cover your pool no matter what for 15 months but that is not the case! Intex needs me to ship 3 cut outs of the pool to them in California before they send a new one...HASSLE!

Remember any pool that hold 3,000 + gallons is going to require a bit of work. We actually bought this product at our local ToysRus store. It was identical to a previous pool purchased. I was going to replace the pool pump and ladder (we neglected to remove the first latter when not in use, big mistake) on the first pool but it was cheaper just to get another whole package. We love it, although it bothers my perfectionist husband that it is not level, its not a problem for me. It does lean slightly but it has not colasped and everything works perfectly. You have to follow the set up exactly, especially making sure to pull the bottom of the pool out beyond the ring before filling. The first pool we had ripped at the seam and we called INTEX and they sent a replacement pool out no questions asked.

I never wrote a review before, however I always read them and this time I thought I had to write one!! I bought this pool a few weeks ago mostly for my 5 year old but also for me since I am pregnant with twins. Despite all the terrible reviews I bought it any way and I am so glad I did. My ground is not perfectly level but I thought I would try to put it up anyway despite all the reviews stating they had to dump all the water out and start over. Well good thing I tried because I had no problems. It went up perfectly, I would say it took about 7 hours to fill the whole pool. No problems with the filter, and no problems keeping it clean. My friend opens and closes pools for a living and he said as long as you run the filter everyday for at least 3-5 hours you will have a clean pool and he was right. Today is the first time I put chlorine in it since I bought it and the water is still sparkling blue! The only complaint I have is the cover doesn't stay on well and sinks to the bottom of the pool when blown in, but hey for the money I paid I can't complain!! I think this was the best purchase I made all year and would buy another in a heartbeat!!

Unless the ground the pool is going to sit on is perfectly level the pool will tip and spill over.

We just bought this pool 2 weeks ago, love it. The kids get up, and out the door they go. No more driving to community pools or families homes to swim, we have a giant pool in our backyard! Very convenient, our children are older, and already it has taken a beating..and is sooo sturdy! Easy to set up, we swam the same day. Not too hard to keep the chemicals up, just have to check it everyday. The pump is perfect, we just have to change a filter. I haven't had to yet! The kids just love it, a great [$] investment on this pool! I would definitely recommend it, I wish I would have gotten it sooner!

We bought this pool about a month ago we have filled this thing twice. First problem getting the ground leveled. We have tried to level our ground twice and still no luck. You really need a professional to come in and level your ground, by the time you do this it wasn't such the best deal and value. After letting water out THREE times the pool is still not leveled. Sadly we are stuck with this thing as their are no exchanges and refunds, and my kids still don't have a pool. Wasted several hundreds dollars when you factor in trying to level it. I would suggest a slipping slide, or kiddy pool over this. Save your money, time, and stress level!

Water in pool is great. Pool takes forever to set up and fill. The pump quit working after a week. Got a replacement pump and it only worked for a short period. The kids are upset because they can't use the pool. If they made a bigger pump for this pool it might work.

I found that it takes a little longer than a few minutes to set up, so the easy up is really not so easy at all. After the set up and the filling of the water, I found that the outer ring is not the same size as the other side. I mean, half the outer ring that you inflate is big while the other side is smaller. I have had the water fall out the side and now the motor doesn't run. This is my second season with it. We have only used it a few times before, then I packed it up, unpacked it yesterday, and found that I need a new filter pump, and it had 3 holes in it. I would buy a metal framed pool before I bought this junky thing again!!
