I bought this for my son's birthday. He always asks to look at the stars in his room at night, so I thought it would be nice for him to have real stars...

Sadly, the planetarium sucks. The light will not stay on for anything.

The projector is cool, but the 3d thing dosn't work, and the glasses hurt my sons and my eyes.

Overall, waste of money...

We bought this to go in our sons Star Wars bedroom thinking it would light up the room. It is very dim and designed to where the stars show up black.. they should have reversed the paint on the star thing and made the stars light up. The space projector is a little better but still such a small picture.

it worked out pretty good you might want to get this for a boy but my daughter liked it it broke after a few months and vyou might want to have smooth walls or it could get a little blurry.but, awesome!

Cheap plastic construction and an obnoxious light in the star projector casts a hazy map of dots on one's ceiling while blinding anyone standing above the "horizon" are only the beginning of it's faults. Moving the projector closer to the ceiling (as suggested in the instructions) only improved the ability to see every one of the numerous imperfection in the plastic bubble.

The photos provided on the slide cards are 'nice enough' but aren't anything spectacular and doesn't make up for the price paid.

We gave this to my 7 year old for his birthday and are gravely disappointed in it. Not only is it poor quality, but if you don't have smooth walls and ceilings it will not work well. The meteor maker is a joke! I really cannot think of one good thing to say about this product.
