Bought this for my daughter when she was 5, and she still plays with it at 9, by far her favorite game to play. Just bought for my neice who just turned 5 and she loves it!

I ordered Monopoly Junior and got Monopoly Junior "Party," which is very hard to find. The product was shown as Monopoly Junior, which is why I specifically ordered it... Otherwise I would have ordered the other "Party" version that was also available and listed as a completely different item. I'm sure it says they can do this in the fine print, but since there was no notice of product substitution, at which point I would have canceled the order, I had to take it as is for a Christmas gift two days later. This isn't what I call "substituting a comparable item... These are two different games and they should send a notice and forewarn with an option to cancel the order and save the hassle of returning it.

My 5 yo boy liked this game. It was easy for him to understand and he loved the idea of the 'party' theme. The 'chance' cards are a little boring and could be more varied and fun....next time we play we may get some card stock and make up some of our own! You definately need an older kid or an adult to take over the 'banker' duties. THe only other c/o is I thought maybe the 'go to jail' corner could have been something a little more kid friendly....doesn't really go with the 'party' theme for little kids. But no big deal I just had to explain what 'jail' was etc. I may even cover up this spot and put in a 'LETS DANCE' impromptu so when you land there everyone has to get up and dance....or whatever. Would make this game a bit more interesting for the little ones. As far as the quality, 5 stars all the way. Heavy duty board...good quality deed cards and nice box to put everything inside. All in all a nice junior monopoly game.

It is the best game. You can move the car around and stop in different places. You can buy places with the money. It is an interesting game. It is fun and unique from other games. Good for family fun night!

GAve this gift to 6 year old grandson. Spent next week playing numerous times during the day. Both adult and child loved the game. Easy to learn, entertaining, and loved to replay.

Game is perfect for age set. Teaches different bill amounts, counting withut bogging kids down with a lot of rules and advanced math. LOved it.

My 6 yr. old and I played for 3 rounds last night and had a fun time doing it. Good practice in adding and subtracting skills when you pay for your ticket booths in the game.

This is a great game for young children. My 4yr old daughter loves it, she is learning simple math and a great game to play together. I can't wait for my younger child to get a little older to play with her. Highly recommend.

I haven't played it yet with my kids, they have played amongst themselves. It is a lot easier than the original. They did not play it to the end, they got bored and went to another game. The money is too simplified. The money is not the same denominations as real money. They have 1,2,3,4,5 dollar bills. I don't like this. I would have perfered my youngest use this game as a tool to learn about counting out money and making change. I am not sure why I got this. I mean I played the original at their age and didn't find it too hard. I got this bundled with a few other games. It was on sale and I thought I'd give it a go. Get the original. the pieces are better and the board more engaging.
