My 2 year old son received this as a birthday gift and he loves dunking the ball. It was easy to put together and can stay inside or go outside. It also raises easily so it can grow with them..... I would recommend this to anyone!

Not satisfied with this toy at all. It's very flimsy and doesn't seem very well made--so not typical of any other Little Tikes toy we've bought for our 3 year old son. We will be returning it for something else.

i see preschoolers playing with this toy and they love it! but kids 51/2 and up will find it boring or to short for them

Got this set for my friend's two yr old boy. It was a hit from the start. Love that the height of the basket adjusts so easily, so it will grow as he grows. This will last a couple of yrs. At his party, some other 2&3yr olds wanted to play too. Easy to setup from the box. The ball size fits their small hands perfectly. The base holding it up was not flimsy, and can withstand a moderately windy day.

We bought this for our 20 month son for Christmas this past year, and he really enjoys it...until it falls apart. I am not sure if we somehow managed to put it together incorrectly or what(even though we did read the directions when putting it together), but the hoop is always falling off! If my son so much as touches the rim it falls right off. It seems like I am snapping it into place, and my husband has pushed it in as well, yet it keeps falling off. Our son is not an aggressive child and does not destruct his toys, so I can not understand why we can't get this thing to stay together! The ball that came with it keeps deflating as well. We have since purchased another small basketball to replace it. We do still use the basketball hoop, and continually replace the hoop and net, because our son does love to play with it, but I am very disappointed with it (especially since most of the other reviews on it are quite good) I would not buy this again or suggest it to anyone considering the way the toy is used and the number of times it has come apart.

I have a 19 month old boy very active and he just loved it!!!! First day he played until 9:30pm, I just couldn't make him stop playing. I should order more balls though... because when we have playdates over they all want to play with it.

I got this as a gift was a coworker and couldn't be more pleased with it!! It's perfect for practicing basketball shots anytime without the confines of a park or rec center. The larger hoop also helps a lot! ^_^
