All Beatrice Chests are ready to assemble (RTA) and feature the following: solid wood top, drawer fronts, face and frames, solid wood handles, and drawers with steel glides and safety stoppers. First of all when we were putting the product together there were different pieces than what was shown on the directions. However, we did finally manage to get the dresser assembled. One of the drawer faces kept falling off because the pieces that were given to hold it together didn't work well. Then the drawers fell off their runners and the dresser is basically in complete disrepair after only having it for 3 months. I would seriously look at other dressers if I were you.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

If you put 5 shirts or shorts too many the draws will begin to fall apart....

The chest looks beautiful but it's functions are not...

We spent big money on all ...

We spent big money on all of her other furniture. This was the last piece we purchased and didn't want to spend as much. However, we didn't want something "cheap" looking either. We were very impressed that it arrived packaged so well it was double layered and did not have a scratch on the box. The quality is good, all of the pieces were there, and my husband had it put together in 2-3 hours. It matches her other furniture perfectly. The drawers do fit a lot, but I wish they were deeper. The drawers are not as deep as they look in the picture; the wood paneled fronts just make it look that way. The top is very spacious and roomy enough to fit a nice sized lamp, CD player, and picture frames. All in all, for the price, I highly recommend. I was very nervous purchasing a furniture product online, but I am glad that we did. For the money we spent, it's good quality and perfect for her nursery.
