      We've had these train cars for almost a year and my son still loves playing with them. The downside is that the giggling troublesome truck requires 2 of the small round (watch type) batteries that are pretty expensive. We've replaced the batteries a couple times when the troublesome truck stopped giggling. It now seems to work sporadically. I've discovered it will usually start working again if I remove the batteries and put them back in. The batteries must shift out of place when the giggling truck is dropped or knocked around a lot which happens frequently with a preschool toy.

        We bought these for our two year old and he loves them. They are rickety just like a real trucks for the mines!

          We ordered this for our 3 year old twin's birthday and discovered that only one truck giggles. I have a feeling they will be fighting over who gets to pull the one with sound.
