      I have a 4 year old whose autistic. He enjoys games of all sort (i.e. computers, cards, board games, even trivia). I purchased the checker game to help him concentrate and challenge him. After teaching him the basics of checkers my son has not only won playing me but everyone in the household. The size of the game and the pieces are just perfect for him to hold and to focus on his moves when playing. For months I searched for this game in the size I got. Just searching the Toys R Us site I came across it and had it within a few days. My family especially my son enjoy the game so much.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
