We got this game for my 3 year old daughter who loves Daniel Tigers Neighborhood and she LOVES this game. It is simple enough for a 3 year old and just enough going on to keep me from getting really bored. I love that it really teaches you to share and just have fun playing a game and it's not about who wins or loses. Because if you get a person that is already on your trolley you have to share with someone who doesn't have one. It's really cute and if your kid likes to act things out they will love this!

This is a charade based game, which is great, but very difficult for my son. Game play is easy, you spin to move, land on a colored space and pick either an action card or an emotion card. For the action cards the player is supposed to recreate the action shown on the card using movements (no words) and the other players are to guess; for the emotion cards the player acts out (instructions do not specify with/without words) the feelings shown on the card. This was tricky for us as adults in some cases, and very frustrating for our 4yo boy. So we have modified it to describe what the cards are showing instead of act it out. And this has made the game enjoyable for us all!! Good learning game for describing what is seen in a picture, and eventually for acting out what is seen. It will grow with any child.

Essentially this is charades in which the children act out emotions or events. That is cute, educational and age appropriate. The two sets of cards, tokens and spinner make it way to complicated and our preschooler lost interest while we were reading the directions for 5 minutes. Oh well. Still love Daniel tiger.

This game is so much fun to play with my 3 year old! But, it would also be a fantastic game to use for children with language disorders and comprehension difficulties. There are two different cards- feelings and imagination. The feelings card is an image of a scene and the player is to describe how the characters are feeling (also great for teaching social pragmatics). The imagination card depicts a visually rich scene that can encourage comprehension skills through describing and discussing a picture. The best part is you are working on these skills while having a lot of fun! My daughter loves Daniel Tiger, and really loves this game!

The game is good quality and has great graphics for sure. I like the concept of a charades game based on Daniel tiger as my child loves his show and frankly, I do too. However the game falls short because the cards are too vague. I found my daughter constantly asking me what was going on on the card before she would act it out. It could have been simplified or executed better for its audience, children. My husband didn't like the idea of 'everyone wins' so he played, but didn't get into it like he does with other children's board games. We will stick with our favorite for now, Sneaky Snacky Squirrel and hope we can return Daniel Tiger as we paid full price for something we most likely won't attempt again.
