This is a great toy! It is very colorful. Each "block" makes a noise and when a shape is put in correctly, music plays. My grandchildren are only 6 mos old, but they already love it!

Wanted a fun shape-sorter toy and this one is good so far. Blocks are interesting with different things inside each one. Baby is interested in it, but is too young to sort and put the blocks in the correct holes yet, he does like to drop them in the top hole and really likes throwing them on the floor. Gave it 4 stars because it's loud when the blocks hit the container's bottom from the top hole - sure to get on my nerves eventually. Like that it has a carrying handle and the outside bottom has shape indents for another form of sorting.

Finally an updated version of the shape sorter. It has an attractive design with the see through shapes with toys inside. Fun to play with and look at. Also, the shapes are more durable and substantial than your average shape sorter. They just went the extra mile to make this a very desirable toy in my opinion! My Son loves this!

My son is now 6, and I can remember how much he loved playing with this toy. So much so, that I am buying it again for our baby that is on the way. I can particularly remember how much my son enjoyed the sounds each time he dropped a shape in. This is a must-have for my household.

This product does exactly what it should. Be careful however with young children. My 7 month old got his fingers squeezed between the handle and the box, other than that, it's perfect.

Very satisfied with shape sorter. Baby is still a little young to know what to do with the shapes, but definitely enjoyed the sounds. When she's a little older, she'll get the full benefit of the shape sorter.

My grandson likes the to sit and play with the shapes, not old enough to actually get them in the right openings yet. The chunky size of shapes are great and the bright colors and fun sounds keep his attention. His 2 year old sister loves it too. No complaints yet. :)

This was a favorite toy in the crawlers room at the preschool I worked in. It was a natural pick for my nephew's first birthday.

My 7 month old loves this toy, he will play with the empty bucket without the blocks inside.

I saw the good reviews and so I got this for my son's first shape sorter. It's more fun than the average sorter because it makes noise when you drop shapes in or shake it and the shapes have fun things inside to look at. However, it seems expensive for what it is. I got another toy with this one during a BOGO sale and the other one seems like you get way more for the money. My son wasn't even interested in this when I put it out with his other toys so I put it in his playard and he will finally play with it now that he has no other choices. He really just likes to take the blocks out and put them in his mouth. I hope he will learn to sort shapes with it someday but for now it does keep him busy for a short time in his playard. It is a nice toy and each child is different so maybe others will like it more than mine but I wish it was a bit cheaper.
