I had three packs of these crayons sent to me. Thet were shipped in a bulle mailer rather than a box. All of the crayons were out of the boxes and many of the tips broken off. I was asked to return them and that they would not be sending more because they were "out of stock"?!?!?!?!?! How can a toy store be out of stock forever on crayons? terrible experience. could not give crayons out as a gift.

Crayolas are crayolas...better than all the other crayons out there. Sadly Toys R Us didn't do a very good job at packing mine for shipment. They arrived scattered throughout the box with broken tips. Very disappointing!

This is a really nice set of crayons, and the best part is, I didn't even order crayons! I ordered a little Schleich stork. The crayons arrived very well packed in a large cardboard box with plenty of packaging material, and with an invoice for a small plastic stork. Fortunately, the little girl this gift is for likes both storks AND crayons, so as they say, "no harm, no fowl."

Do not buy this item unless you expect broken and jumbled crayons. The shipping department doesn't know how to ship items that are in boxes that open easily. I complained the first time and was sent another box of crayons. It arrived with crayons jumbled and broken, out of their box again.

Toys R Us really missed the mark on this one. My packages all arrived separately which I did not understand at all. When I received my box of crayons, they were sent in a manila envelope and were completely crushed and broken. My husband had to go to the store to exchange it and witnessed a slap fight between two ladies over a doll which was exactly why we ordered it online.
