The paints were incorrectly packed and damaged during shipping. The paints opened up in the package during shipping...I received a soggy envelope filled with purple paint covering all the contents. Everything was ruined, it went straight into the trash.

I would suggest buying the paints in the store, do not have them shipped. Toysrus should have packed the paints in a box, not an flimsy envelope.

When I opened the box from shipment on Christmas Eve there was paint everywhere. I bought them to put out for Santa but could not use them at all. Not really sure why to write a review nothing will ever be done.

Product was shipped to me along with several other items. Several of the paint jars were loose/open and had leaked into the box and dryed around the bottle tops making the product looked used. Would advise not having this item shipped but instead pick it up in the store.

We have purchased these paints before and love them! My son and I paint together and he loves them because the paint looks more like mommy's(more so than water colors) and I love them because I don't have to use up all of my acrylics and clean-up is much easier!
