My son is now two-years-old. We've been using Desitin since the day he came home from the hospital, and in that time he's only ever had two minor diaper rashes. I only put it on him at night or if he seems to be getting a little red. I would recommend using this at night and Aquaphor during the day. (If it's just a wet diaper, I don't use anything at all.) The only thing I don't like about it is that it smells terrible.

I just rub a very small amount once a day on my baby and we've never had an issue with Diaper Rash.

Our little one's bottom started turning red, and our doctor recommended we apply Desitin after every diaper change. The redness went away quickly, and she hasn't had a rash since. The best part is that it forms a barrier on her skin so some of the stickier stuff is easy to wipe off. The lotion smells nice, too.

I had to start using this once my son was 2 weeks old and it gave him very fast relief!! After using it for a couple days the diaper rash went away! You only need a little dab and it goes a long way, so the tube lasts a long time!

This is the best diaper rash cream ever. When my some was a couple days old in the hospital he developed a diaper rash. The doctor gave A&D ointment which didn't really help. My grandma told me to use desitin and it cleared up the same day.! I put it on his bottom once a day and he hasn't had a diaper rash since!

I tried 5 types of diaper cream on my son and this one worked the best. It prevents rashes and cures existing rashes better. I tried more expensive ones with cute names and pictures but my mother in law told me she used desitin on my husband when he was a baby and it worked great. So I guess there''s a reason its been around for 30+ years.
