My newborn had a rash that was bleeding.. probably the worst rash you could imagine. I tried Butt Paste, Desitin, and vaseline. All three of those made it worse. My pediatrician told me to try this. THANK GOODNESS she did. This stuff works wonders! I will never try anything else. This took the bleeding away almost over night, and the rash was completely gone after 2 days. Give this a try, especially if your baby has really sensitive skin.

I don't get all the fuss with this stuff. It has worked on my son's *very* mild diaper rash, but never has for any of the "babboon butt" days. This probably helps prevent diaper rash, but it sure doesn't treat it very well.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

i bought the new AD zinc w/ aloe and it worked wonders. my son had the ugliest diaper rash and all it took was an overnite application and almost gone. will use again and again.
NO BAD SMELL!!

I used this on all 3 of my children. Now I'm using it on my grandchild. It's one of those "tried and true" products that has been around forever but actually works even if it's not the best smelling product. A true blessing for sensitive skin. I would use nothing else.

Learned of this product with my second child. Love it better than the prescrition stuff. It usually works in 24 hours sometimes if its a bad rash 48 hours. It cools the rash instead of burning it. Love the fact that its not like vaseline its more like a cream and wipes off. Try it! You will love it!
