Product Description
The Graco SnugRide Adjustable Base in Beige is a convenient second car seat base that will compliment your SnugRide infant car seat. It will simplify your life and make moving your baby from one car to another easier. You can install one base in each car and then move the SnugRide car seat between vehicles with ease. This base adjusts to help get the proper recline for your Graco SnugRide infant car seat and is LATCH-equipped for easy installation. The metal and plastic components may be cleaned with mild soap and water. Then use a towel or dry cloth to wipe dry. The SnugRide infant car seat and base are to be used rear-facing only and are intended for infants from 5 to 22 lbs. Note: if you are shipping this item to Connecticut, sales tax on the related shipping and handling charges will be refunded to your credit card.

I bought this for the grandparents and it works great. I found it was not that simple to get the car seat or base into the car and there was a lot of physical effort to get it in (kneeling on the base or seat to get the belt tight enough). For grandparents with arthritis and knee replacements it would be very hard to have to wrangle the seat every time they have the baby so having a base they can just leave in the car is a HUGE help. Plus then we know the baby is secure every time.

This carseat fits well in our backseat with the other existing car seat we already had. We had trouble fitting another carseat brand in our backseat so this was important since we are in a compact car. The only bad things about it are that the buckles are really hard to fasten. You have to put some elbow grease into it. There is no way to easily adjust the tightness of the harness so it is a lot harder to get the baby in and out.

Talked with a store representative and they said; the 65 model would work on the 60 model and it should be a little cheaper than the 65 as it is phasing out. I asked if they were sure it would fit and I got a yes - definitely. Well; it doesn't fit, was purchased online so it is much more difficult to return.

It was shipped right away, the promblem is my carseat does not fit into this base. According to the details it was suppose to fit, but does not. I have the Graco SnugRide Dempsey CarSeat. I needed an extra base since we have more than 1 vechicle. I'm still looking for a base that is compatable with my carseat.

I have not used this product yet but just wanted to give everyone a heads up. I registered for the snugride 35 which did not fit my travel system in lowery. Make sure you get the correct base for the seat you have!
