i got this bag for baby shower gift 3 years ago, and to this day we still use it for toddler clothes now. never had a problem. Of course after 3years, it's starting to show it's wear and tear, but what do you expect? We used quite a bit and stuffed it quit often as well with baby clothes, diapers...not to mention my husband loved it because it wasn't too girly. :o)

I have TONS of diaper bags and this is the only one I like. I think I have 3 messenger bags, 2 back pack style, & 6 small ones to be exact haha.I have it in brown though not black. It is the perfect size for running here and there and also if I plan on being away all day and need to stuff the bag it still has plenty of room and does not feel heavy. Being a messenger style is great on the back, this style messenger is nice and easy to open even when it is on you. Some of them out there require you to take the bag off in order to open the large flap that lifts up.

We've had this bag for two years and it still works great! The inside of the front pocket has ripped a little, but we hardly ever used that pocket. We throw this thing around, our cat uses it for a scratching post, and it still looks great!

I found this diaper bag to be the bag where you can carry everything from diapers, snacks, bottles, medications xtra clothes, toys etc. It's number of compartments, side pockets, adjustable strap etc. made it easy in making my decision in buying this bag, I would definitely recommend it to a first time mom. Now that my son is growing, he no longer needs this bag, so I'm buying the smaller diaper bag, since it was easy of a choice for me. Thank you for thinking of everything.

I expected better construction from something with "Eddie Bauer" on the front. We registered for this bag mainly for it's neutral, non-diaper bag looks. It is a great bag with all of the necessary pockets and features, except that it is literally falling apart at the seams. We've used it for less than two months only a few times a week, but the stitching is ripping in four places, the worst of which is that one of the handles is 75% separated from the bag on one side. It is, therefore, a terrible bag, and we are taking it back to the store today.

I'm so sad because I absolutely love this bag, it's perfect in every way....except that after only 3 months of use, one of the straps broke off at the seam. I wish I had read these reviews before buying it, but it was more of an impulse buy at the store. I contacted Eddie Bauer and they told me they can't help me because they don't actually make the bag, they just lend their name to it. How nice. I've been told to bring it back to the store for a store credit. Now researching other bags but it's a shame because I love everything about this bag.

I thought this was a fantastic bag. I had one in hunter green when my 10 year old was a baby and only replaced it because a bottle of foundation spilled in it. I now have it in navy blue in this size and the smaller size. I've never had any problems with my zipper and my youngest is now 3. The design and all the compartments are great. It even held together when my puppy tried to eat it. It still looks brand new. I would buy this bag over and over again!!

This product was great at first but the zipper broke within about a month of normal wear and tear. Very disappointing. It is also a bit bulky for quick trips.

Wished this bag worked out for us since it looks great for both mom and dad to use but the zipper broke almost immediately. For the price, I expected better quality.

I've had 2 of these bags. With the first one, the stitching popped on one of the handles. We contacted Eddie Bauer and they replaced it for us at no charge. With the second one, the zipper broke. We are currently using it without the ability to zip it up! We only have one baby, and were hoping to use this bag with our next.... but obviously that's not going to happen!! I love the set up of the bag, but it doesn't do me much good if it falls apart
