The Eddie Bauer Weekender Diaper Bag in black is designed in the style of a modern messenger bag. Woven from durable nylon and trimmed with pigskin, it is certain to last for many years. This diaper bag has two handles and an adjustable shoulder strap that is padded for your comfort. The main compartment closes with a double zipper and contains a clear dirty diaper holder that attaches with hook-and-loop fasteners. Three accessory pockets carry smaller baby needs. The front compartment hides an attached changing pad to protect your child from hard surfaces. Two side compartments hold bottles, a phone, or other small essentials. This bag measures 17"W x 11.75"H x 8"D. Weight: 2 lbs, 5 oz.

Bought this bag for my husband for Father's Day. He absolutely loves it and can't wait for the baby to come so he can use it. The bag is very roomy, has a changing pad, and seems sturdy.

I would not recommend the Eddie Bauer Weekender bag.(We bought it due to the appeal to my husband.)
Positives - its roomy and has unisex appeal
Negatives - it was too big and bulky, it began tearing apart only after a couple of months use and was completely useless after 1 year (zipper broken, seams and fabric was torn).
We replaced it with a diaper bag from baby innovations and what a difference. We have had this diaper bag over 15 months and have had no problems or complaints. Don't waste your money on the Eddie Bauer bag it will not last.

I registered for this diaper bag and received it as a shower gift. The zipper was broken and I had to exchange it. The next bag I got was ok for a while, but 2 zippers broke (where the changing pad is) and one of the short handle ripped before the baby was even a year old. This bag has been very disappointing.

This diaper bag looks ok on the shelf, but once you start packing, theres not alot of storage (even with a few pockets) they are so small you cannot fit much in it. And if your taking a day trip and you have a newborn, you know your gonna need a few changes of clothes, diapers.etc. I also didn't like the changing pad does not come off the bag, it folds out, since my son was 2 months old it didnt work. He is 28 inches now and 4 months old...didn't really see the point in a changing pad that is attached to the bag. I use born free bottles, good luck trying to fit them in the bottles holders, it doesnt work. Even his smaller bottles didn't fit. So now I have his milk, bottles, bibs, medication, H2O, etc. all freely sitting in one slot bc there is not enoough storage to organize your babys things in it. And then if u pack a lil heavier, just a lil, the bags material tears. And on top of that it is not comfortable on your shoulder, its actually ackward when trying to carry it, ur purse, and your baby. You would think for a big bag, alot of compartments but no. the compartments there are are too small to fit anything in. Overall a horrible bag. I was better off using my north face book bag.

This bag is very durable, spacious, and large. It still looks new and I have used it everyday for 1.5 years. My husband doesn't mind carrying it, which is nice. My complant is that it is very stiff. I thought that it would soften with use like an old pair of jeans, but it hasn't. I feel like I am carrying luggage not a diaper bag. I think that I would get a different bag if I had to do it all over again, but I feel bad getting rid of a bag that looks brand new....
