Pillow isn't long enough, and is too fat. My daughter's head slides right off either side, and she just gets frustrated and hates it. She was so excited to get her first "baby pillow", so this was a bit of a disappointment for her. Go with a standard sized flatter pillow for your toddle. This pillow is good for stuffing against the bed rail or for me to use to lay with her and read books, but it's pretty useless as a sleeping pillow for a toddler. For [$] it is definately NOT worth it.

This is adorable and sooo soft and silky- and just the right size for toddler's first pillow! Wish I would've found one like this when my other two were little as well... love the ivory colored satin cover- will go with any nursery decor, and so comfortable and snuggly if your little one likes "silky" feeling things- they will love this pillow, looks great, and very reasonably priced.

This pillow was great when we first purchased it from Babies R Us-- perfect size for a two year old's first pillow. But the satin case it comes with is useless... ours was coming apart at the seams and slipped off the pillow. The major online retailer that begins with "A" has a very nice 12x18 Travel/Toddler size 100% cotton pillowcase available, which comes in 4 neutral solid colors. Unfortunately, you can't wash this pillow; even with adherence to the instructions, it comes out lumpy. First wash resulted in some lumps; second wash and it's now an unusable clump. A toddler pillow you can't wash?! Not practical (drool, sweaty head... and a pee accident while it was snuggled between the legs). Our LG is 3 now, so it's time for a bigger pillow anyway.

We were wondering when we should introduce a pillow to our child. She will be turning Two next month and she began to grab stuffed animals to try to prop her head up at night but couldn't quite get comfortable. This is about the size of an airplane pillow...perhaps a tad bigger. It is the perfect size for her head and she was super excited when it arrived. It does slip from under her head at times because the case is satin but for the most part she hugs it and sleeps well with it. If anything you can always purchase a cotton case for it if it becomes a problem. I washed it when it arrived with no issues.

I bought this pillow for my 21 month son. When it arrived I was surprise how small it was. Beyond the size, the pillow case slips off easily and frequently. If I had to do it over, I would not have bought the pillow.

Love this pillow. This is my second one that I have purchased. My son has had his since he could use a pillow and now he is 5. This pillow is perfect size and washes quite nicely. I highly reccommend it.

I looked all over for a pillow for my toddler's crib. I liked this one because it comes with a pillow case and the price was reasonable compared to the other ones that I found. [...] but it was still the best pillow for the price. It is a little small, but it is good for a first pillow. After she is outgrows it, her dolls will have a pillow to sleep on.

My prek son needed a smaller pillow for school rest time, and this was the only one I could find. It definitely works, but my son does not like the satin pillowcase. I wish it came with a regular cotton case, but it does serve the purpose. [$] is a little much for small pillow that probably cost 50 cents to make, but, I needed one quickly for his school.

We bought this pillow for our 19 month old son, and he just loves it. Yes, it is really small, but it's the perfect size for a toddler. When we put our little guy to bed, he makes sure and adjusts this pillow so it's under his head. The satin pillow case is also really soft and doesn't irritate his skin, which is super sensitive due to eczema.
