Your little speedster will wake up "ready to roll" after a restful night with Lightning McQueen. This fun bedtime salute to the hit Disney Pixar movie, "Cars" has a realistic looking wheel and hubcap details. The bed fits a standard twin mattress, adjusts to 2 heights, and includes wooden mattress supports. (The wood slats will not support a mattress by themselves. Use a bunky bed support board; also known as bunk bed support (not included) if you do not have a twin box spring.)"

    My son got this for his 2nd birthday. He thought it was a jungle gym at first, so we had to wait about a week before we let him sleep in it. My husband put it together all by himself. It took both of us to do some of the big stickers, but they weren't a problem at all. We show it to everyone who comes to our house and they all think it is awesome! The only downside is the mattress left a big gap on the side. He has gotten his leg stuck in it a few times. I read someone else who said that in their review, so maybe we got our mattress at the same place :) I just stuff some of his stuffed animals down in the crack and it's fine. He will be able to use this for a long time. It seems very sturdy. We almost got the stock car bed, but glad we didn't because after seeing it in person, this one looks so much better! We did have to buy the plywood to support the mattress. And I like how the mattress can sit low because there is no way he can roll out of it. My large husband and I can both lie in the bed with him to read books, so it is very supportive. I am very happy with this bed!

    We bought this for my 2 year old to move him from crib to big boy bed instead of getting a toddler bed. Of corse he LOVES this bed, and we do too, except the bed is wider than a twin mattress. We literally stuff 2 body pillows down the sides of the bed to keep my son from falling and getting pinned between the mattress and the side of the bed. Not a good fit. However, it does keep him from falling out of bed, which is why we bought this instead of a reg twin bed. This is a cute bed, and very sturdy. But unfortunately, we will not buy another car bed for our next child.

    We bought this bed for our 3 year old son. He truly loves, loves, loves it! I was surprised at how sturdy it is. It is also larger than I thought it would be. The decals were a bit of a pain. I would recommend that you not try the decals unless you are feeling very patient and have complete concentration (no 3 yr olds around). We are very happy with this purchase. The bed completes his Lightning McQueen themed room.

      Bought this bed for my grandson when he was two. He is now nine and will not give up his bed, he loves it so much! That said, we have to buy another one for our 3 yr. old grandson! Wish there really was free shipping; this is a heavy item and the extra shipping significantly adds to the price.

              3 year old son LOVES his McQueen... easy to put together (one person) stickers iffy but patience and all will be good :) about the bed not fitting properly complaints took that into consideration so we purchased a fluffy pillow top "standard" size twin mattress and fits just like the picture shows =) all well worth the money ....

                I was so happy with this bed! Once assembled, it looks exactly like the picture online. I was pleasantly surprised. We did not purchase a box spring, to make a higher rail on each side. However, it was not mentioned a box spring or bunk bed support was required. The bed frame alone does not support a mattress. It was a quick fix though, we purchased plywood and it works great. Just keep this is mind if you don't have the proper support. Other than that, the bed is fantastic!!

                  We put our 2 year old into the bed because I was tired of him climbing out of his crib all the time. The bed is great. There is a small gap on the side between the bed and the "Frame" we use swim noodles to fill the gap. The only hard part was the stickers. My husband messed up on one and had to cut it to remove it and try and repair it. Once it's on it's stuck. There is no margin for error there. We didn't use a box spring so he is nice and low in the bed. No chance of rolling out! Great bed for a toddler!

                      My parents bought this bed for my son about 6 months ago! The look on his face was priceless when he came around the corner and saw it! We were having trouble getting him to stay in his toddler bed at night and thought he would be excited to sleep in this...And we were right! When people come over the first thing he does is show`s them "his race car bed". One tip i have would be to have the stickers on, and bed set up in his room before he see`s it... Took that advise after reading reviews about kids peeling the stickers off...so far no problems.
