My 2 year old daughter got this kitchen for christmas last year and 2 months later it started falling apart. the doors are all broken off. Its junk, dont waste your money!!

My husband and I bought this kitchen set for our 2 girls for Christmas last year because it was so cute and just what we wanted. Within ONE week, not one, but TWO doors came off! They hardly opened the doors. I have tried several times to put them back on, but they can't be fixed. They played with it for a while without those two doors and then the other two came off. So now we have a kitchen without any doors! I would NOT recommend this kitchen to anyone!

My husband and I bought this for our daughter's second birthday in August. It is very cute and exactly what we wanted. However, the microwave door broke off within a month. It can't be fixed because it shredded the front of the kitchen where the hinge was. Yesterday the oven door broke too. Very frustrating because yet again, the front of the kitchen ripped and it's unfixable. I'm very upset because this kitchen was so cute and now it's a broken mess!

Putting it together was fine, not a problem... however... my kids played with it and first the blue door came off because when the door is open and then pulled/pushed on under pressure of more than VERY GENTLE PLAY, the metal of the hinge inside the door presses against the cheap, thing particle board and it just crumbles open there like a large tear. We tried glueing it back together but it pulled apart again when my young son leaned on the open door. Well, great... but it won't be that bad just missing one door... so they played with it more, then the large pink door did the same thing... any pressure beyond gentle use when the doors are already open (leaning on them, pushing on them for leverage as the kids reached in the get things) caused the wood on the doors to separate and just crumble apart making repairs useless. The kitchen looked great to us and was what we were looking for and I read a half and half review on it and decided to take a chance. Ended up agreeing with the other's leaving poor reviews when it came to product quality. A better choice would have been to spend an extra $50 or $100 and buy one of the more consistently better rated items of similar look. Or spend the same money you would on this on a sturdier plastic kitchen. Hope this helps you and saves you from the disappointment.
NOTE TO MAKER OF THIS PRODUCT.... either use real whole wood planks for the doors... OR use some kind of metal reinforcement framing on them so that the wood particle board doesn't crumble and separate under a normal child's play pressure.

I would not recommend this item. While it is very cute, it is extremely poor quality. We bought this for our daughter's 2nd birthday this summer, she loved it! It was a pain to put together-it took my husband about four hours to put it together (and he is pretty good at that kind of stuff!). Within two months of play, the microwave door fell off. Then today, the oven door fell off, so I decided I had to review this item. It is definitely NOT worth the money!

We got this set up just fine and had it wrapped for my daughter's 2nd birthday this summer. She was so excited. She was constantly making us yummy food. But every time another child would come over one of the doors would break. Now the only doors that are still connected is the oven door (which we've replaced once) and the freezer door (which has broken hinges so it doesn't stay shut, it just swings in and out. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with this kitchen. [$] is a lot of money for such a horrible, low quality kitchen. We thought this was much cuter than the plastic kitchens, but now we know why people go with the plastic. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

This kitchen looks very cute and seemed like the perfect size for our small apartment, but I've been nothing but disappointed with this product. It didn't take long to put together, but a hook broke off as we were building it, and one of the screws kept coming out, making it impossible to put it together properly. The oven door fell off after a couple of days. By now, the fridge door has also come off, and the microwave door is slowly breaking off. It's really sad, my daughter never plays with it even though she was so excited when she got it - every time she touches the thing something else breaks. Horrible quality, do not waste your money! People who buy this should actually GET money for taking the product out of the store!

I dont know what the other reviewers are talking about when they say theirs is falling apart! my daughter received this as a present for her 1st b-day and 4 months later it's still going strong! nothing has fallen apart and my daughter plays with it every day, and she's not the most gentle child with toys. It only took my husband about a hour to put together. We are so pleased, we are planning on buying one for our niece! the only bad thing about it is it doesnt come with many accessories.

Within a month my daughter's kitchen lost the microwave door. Now it's missing the pantry door. I am very unhappy with this product and suggest something else.
