Two different brands of bottles do not work in this product. It causes them to leak. Also sometimes it overheats the milk and sometimes doesn't heat it much at all and I have to repeat the whole process.

A friend told me about this bottle warmer. I read the other reviews on this and was a bit confused as to whether or not I should purchase it. I decided to try it anyway after my friend's suggestion. I love this warmer. It's so easy to use and convenient...I'm so happy with it. Now I'm thinking I could use two. One for upstairs and one for down. I love that you can keep bottles cold and warm them perfectly!!

I am very happy with this bottle warmer. I follow the warming guide and it warms quickly and to just the right temperature without over heating the milk. I use angled, wide mouth bottles and they fit in the warmer and two at a time in the cooler without a problem.

This warmer is small and compact enough that I take it on trips and to the babysitter's house all the time. My only disappointment is that the cooler is not attached to the warmer so you can't carry the whole thing by the cooler handle.

One thing to be aware of when using the warmer is that steam builds up around the nipple and bottle base and can drip when the bottle is first turned upside down. I just turn my bottles upside down in a hand towel or burp cloth for a few seconds to absorb the hot water drips.

This bottle warmer is a joke! Very rarely does it heat to the right temp and I use the SAME amount of water EVERY time! Sometimes its too cold, sometimes its too hot. I also have a problem with leaking. Formula leaks out and then overflows in the warmer which makes a huge mess and its difficult to clean. At first I thought it was my bottles but a friend of mine uses the same bottles and the Esp. For Baby bottle warmer. I switched to that one and have never had a problem. And to those of you who say you don't understand why parents are complaining: These are opinions and everyone is different. I could easily say that I don't understand why you arent complaining! Some of us are having issues with this bottle warmer and some of you arent....which is great! Less headaches for you!

We love this product. It heats quickly and well. I love that it keeps two cold for you. We use this at least once a night, and I can't imagine how much more difficult life would be if we had to go downstairs to get a new bottle and to heat it. It takes much less time than the other warmer we have.

We've had no problem with overheating. It also has a small footprint, and important thing in a small nursery.

i never could get this to heat the bottle without doing it 2 or 3 times. It took forever! the cold area is a joke. Its not like you would really use that daily. the item is bulky and not user friendly. dont waste your money on this.

I really did not like this product. It was great knowing that i can heat my baby's bottle without having to microwave it. Hwever, the device over heats ALL the time no matter how precise the directions are followed. It eventually broke on me and I was unable to put it together. I would never buy this again.

I can't live without this bottle warmer! It warms up the bottle to the perfect temperature. For those complaining that it's too hot or too cold, all you need to do is adjust the water level. I use up to line 7 for a refigerated 4 oz Avent bottle with 4 oz of formula with the ring around the bottle and no basket, and it's just a little over room temperature. With the 9 oz Avent bottle filled with 4 oz of formula, I use up to line 10.

The cooler compartment is amazing for night time feedings. Before bed, I put in two bottles (and that's the most my 6 week old needs at night now!), but I do not pre-fill the water compartments. Sometimes my baby will sleep for hours before his next feeding, so the bottles wouldn't be as cold as being in the fridge, but still cold enough to use up to line 6. Btw, I use a water bottle to fill up the water compartments. The water drips slowly or I can gently squeeze it to pour the water out, so I can easily measure the water without over filling. :)

You just have to do trial and error with the warmer to know how much water you need! :)

Works perfectly for 1-4 oz so far, (my little guy is only 6 weeks) I do find that I have to add a little bit more water for the 4 oz bottles than the product label calls for, but to me that is hardly an inconvenience. After breastfeeding for the first month, it was such a relief to pump and be able to use this product and have my husband help with the night feedings. We have it set up in his bedroom. The one negative thing I will say is that the ice pack that comes with it to keep the bottles cool is kind of shabby, but that's an easy fix.
