Love this sleep sack. My daughter fusses a little when we put her in it, but after a few minutes, she is asleep and stays asleep. The swaddle helps keep her from throwing her arms up and waking her. Love it.

They use the Halo Swaddle Sleep Sacs in the NICU at the hospital where my baby was for a few weeks. They swaddle arms out. We use them at home now, too. We have a couple of lighter-weight ones as well as fleece. I love it, she loves it. It's like she "knows" it's time for sleep when we wrap her up in it. MUCH better than a blanket.

We used this from the day my girls came home from the hospital. They were really small and these fit great! They are now 15 months old and still using the sack. When they were small we tried using another type of swaddle but they were not as comfortable as they were in these and it did not keep them supported on their back as well, I found that they would be able to roll towards their side and they would manage to get out of the swaddle postion. I really like how you have options with these sacks, you can keep their arms out or wrapped inside and if need be you can remove the wrap iteself and use just the sack. They are soft and really warm, perfect for the cold nights and during the warmer ones they offer these in cotton which are great !! I feel comfortable having my babies sleep in these and I noticed they sleep well using them.

We loved this until after the second or third wash- now the velcro is starting to lose its "stick" and it folds over onto itself often making it very loud in the night when I'm trying to fix it. Also, maybe our little guy is superman, but he can still manage to get his arms free no matter how tight I swaddle him. Does keep him cozy until that point though. Goes a little high on the neck, sometimes making it look like it might suffocate him. :/

My son has been sleeping 7-8 hour stretches since he was 5 weeks old after I discovered this. He can be fussy and fighting sleep and as soon as I wrap him up (the tighter the better) he calms down and falls fast asleep!! He is now 2 months old and we are still swaddling. His pediatrician said that usually parents give up swaddling by now, but he recommends to swaddle as long as the baby will allow you to. I've tried other brands and his hands would end up out by his face after a couple of hours defeating the purpose. This one keeps him very still and tight. It doesn't ride up around his neck and it is very secure. I feel very comfortable laying him in his crib swaddled with this.

This product was perfect for my newborn, especially during the cold wintery months. It also makes swaddling easier, especially for my husband, who had a hard time swaddling our son with a receiving blanket, making it tight w/o having our baby to break out of it. This Halo Swaddler Sleepsack made swaddling a snap. The only small, tiny, tiny drawback was that when you unravel the velcro, sometimes my baby got startled a bit by the noise. But, I know velcro is the greatest material to fasten the swaddle so conveniently. Now my son is 7 months old, we use the regular sleepsack, instead, since outgrowing the swaddler. The sleepsack (thinner material, not microfleece, medium size) is still a great product. Our baby sleeps comfortably in it!

This sleep sack works great! It keeps baby very warm, I used it with only a long-sleeve onesie, and sometimes socks. It's almost too warm with more on, and probably wouldn't be great in the summer. It allows lots of room for baby to kick around. I would recommend getting one in a bigger size, for when baby starts moving around more, around 4 months. My 4-month old is moving a lot, so I'm going to have to stop using any blankets and get the next size up of this!

I recieived one of these from the hospital I had my son at. I originally made fun of it because who in their right mind would place a child restrained in this contraption. Boy was I wrong. My son kept moving his arms and waking himself up from a sound sleep at night. I put him in it and it worked. I was finally able to with the help of this item and a "womb sound" maker able to get my son to sleep all night long. Althought at only 2 and a hlaf months he has almost outgrown it. :( So I love this product just wish it came in a larger size for my growing baby boy.

My almost three-month old son likes to be swaddled at night, so I've been using this pretty much since birth. I like that it keeps him warm and feeling safe.

My only complainant is the Velcro doesn't stick as well after a few washings, so he's able to get out of the wings sometimes.

We absolutely loved this swaddler! We live in MN, and the micro-fleece is prefect for winter and early spring (we got cotton in the next size once he got bigger and the weather got warmer). I appreciate how easy it was to get that nice tight swaddle, and knowing he was safe (no loose blankets). And the inverted zipper meant I didn't have to unswaddle for diaper changes.
