This pump is convent to use when you are traveling or need to pump quickly. Although you can not efficiently empty all of your milk it is an easy device to use on the go. I find that the pump handle gets stuck on occasions, but after a few squeezes it unlocks. Also, I can't use it with one hand. I have to squeeze the handle with one and and hold my breast with the non dominant hand. Overall I recommend this to mothers who have a fast let down, like myself, who want to pump on the go. I use my electric pump to fully empty all my milk when I have a chance to assemble the parts and plugs at home. This device requires little preparation which is what I like when i am in a hurry and just need my milk semi emptied.

This pump is the easiest, quickest, most discreet pump there is. I have both the Playtex electric pump and this one and, after using the Medela manual pump first, have only used my Playtex one time thereafter because I preferred the Medela so much more. I get more milk, because the pumping stroke and pressure can be varied, and I can pump anywhere without having to worry about electrical supply. AND the pump fits wonderfully on my glass bottles.

So, Ive used this pump over and over again and its better than electric pumps in my opinion because you get to control the flow of milk and how much or how little you want to pump. I did not purchast mine at Babies R Us I bought it at another store. Mine does not have the soft breast cup shield so it is just a bit uncomfortable but not that bad. I wish mine had the shield. Anyway, this pump wont let you down.

I bought this the day I left the hospital thanks to some painful engorgement. After 15 minutes, I had 5 ounces pumped!

I use it fairly often and it always manages 3-5 ounces total in 15 minutes or so.

The downside, is that it'll kill your hands after a while, but that's why I'm getting an electric pump for constant use.

For what it is, it's a very good buy.

I was skeptical when I purchased this product because I 'thought' I had been spoiled by the hospital-grade Medela Electric pump. I was so wrong! I actually LIKE this pump so much better. I purchased this pump with my second child because I intended to keep pumping as long as possible when I returned to work. Not only does this pump do the job, it is also descrete and has the convenience of not having to look for an electrical outlet.

I do have a couple suggestions on how to make this product even more fabulous:
- How about a stylish carrying case for it? :o)
- Make the rubber attachment to the handle more sturdy/attachable; mine slides off and it's a nuisence to fix.

This product was given to me at the hospital when my newborn baby boy was favoring one nipple more than the other. The pump is efficient for a quick pump. I can get 2 onces of milk from just 3-4 minutes of pumping! Much quicker than taking the time to hook up the electric breast pump..especially if you know you don't need alot.

I received this pump as a gift from a coworker. Initially I was using the Medela Freestyle for Exclusive pumping, the Freestyle died after about four months and I was very thankful I had this manual pump on hand. Now my son is 8 months, I now use this pump on a daily basis every night, and its great for when I am on-the-road with work, I can pump while my husband drives, or I can pump discreetly in any other location my job brings me to. I also found that when I had a lot of plugged ducts early on this pump was better at relieving the plug than the electric pump. I do advise getting the pump cleaning wipes if you are going to be using it outside of the house. Would recommend this highly, great pump for the price.

This pump is easy and efficient! In less than 3 minutes I pumped two ownces of milk. My daughter is only a week old and slightly jaundice. My doctor was worried I wasnt producing enough milk.. This breast pump proved that not to be so. I will continue to use this pump when I go back to work. But for now I will just feed her the way nature intended. So easy to use and clean that I had to jump right on here and leave a review

I bought this pump right when my milk came in and my breasts were engorged. I pumped all the milk out with a little pain, because the ducts were clogged. I now use it everyday and it's easy to use and portable. I throw it in the diaper bag and pump when I'm away for a few hours. Only thing I don't like is that if u tip the bottle the milk will spill out, it's a bad seal no matter now tight you screw on the bottle. Don't tip it over and you'll be happy.
