I was very excited when I first purchased the baby monitor, but to my disappointment it didn't work as well I thought it would. I live in a two bedroom apartment, the monitor had so much static, and sometimes the picture would go bad and I can't see my baby. I have to keep moving the monitor until I got a good signal and sometimes that didn't work, and I would have to bring my baby closer to where I was so I keep a close eye on him. So whats the point of the baby monitor??!!??

I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to warn other buyers to beware. We took excellent care of this monitor & it stopped working for no particular reason after about 8 months. It won't even turn on. BRUs will not accept it as a return or even give us store credit. Don't waste your money.

We've had this monitor for two years and I LOVE IT! Its just lately been having some issues but thats because its been drop, bumped, hit, smacked and so forth and it continues to live. Yes it has a slight buzzing noise but place it on a sock and waaalaaa its gone, or even after a while you don't even notice it any longer.
The biggest thing I LOVE about this monitor is the screen size. We looked at the other ones and their monitors were too small. This was big enough I could see the whole crib and not have to squint to see.
I tell everyone I know about this monitor system. Its a blessing in so many ways.

Product worked well, but only lasted for about 5 months before the monitor gave out completely. Just stopped working out of nowhere and I had to go buy another one. I guess I got my money's worth because the price was fairly low in comparison, but had I known I would have added a bit more and purchased a better quality model.

I love this monitor. However, the only problem I have is sometimes it will make a low buzzing sound.. Maybe every half hour or so.. but nothing too bothersome.. Other than that everything else is perfect. The screen is just large enough to see what the camera puts off. I think the clarity and lighting is magnificent! I will have this for years to come.. This may come in handy for something later down the road as well.. Right now I am using this on my seven year old daughter because she tends to get up durning the night.. This is a life saver cause she knows mommy and daddy is watching her now :) Sweet dreams everyone.

We got this as a gift for our baby. We use it all of the time for the picture, but the sound quality is so bad we had to buy an extra sound monitor. So now we use two monitors. One for pic and one for sound. Your best bet is to find a video monitor where the sound portion of the monitor is voice activated that way you don't have to listen to the static all of the time.

The video part of the monitor is great- I can see the baby clearly- even in the dark, but the volume is so loud- I returned the first one thinking it was defective, and the second one is the same. You can either swith it to no noise at all , or LOUD!!!!!! I will be returning it tomorrow!

I love being able to hear and see my son now that we are in a new house. It does make a low buzzing sound but its the same sound that the other audio monitors give off.

My issue is that when i shut off the camera in his room but the TV is still on it picks up the signal from one of my neighbors, not sure who, and i can hear/see their kid's room. At first I was only freaked out because some random kid showed up on my screen but then it dawned on me that if I can see someone else's room they can probably see mine and that's not OK.

I changed the station and only turn it on when he's asleep during the day but it still bothers me that someone might be able to tune in any time.
