        IVE PLAYED THIS CD SINCE MY SON WAS BORN AND PLAYED IT FOR HIM EVER SINCE, HE IS THREE AND A HALF NOW AND HE STILL LISTENS TO IT IT RELAXES HIM SO MUCH HE GOES TO SLEEP NO PROBLEMS. JUST SO YOU KNOW THOUGH WE DID TRAIN HIM WHERE HE CAN SLEEP WITHOUT IT, BUT HE IS MUCH MORE RELAXED WITH IT. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS RECOMMEND THIS TO ALL MOMMIES EVERYWHERE!!

          This CD is so soothing. I play it at nap time for my son as well as on long trips when I want him to sleep in the car. Just don't listen for long or you'll fall asleep yourself.
