This swing was nice until it completely broke after I month of use. I used it with my tiny newborn for exactly a month, then it completely stopped swinging, then it stopped playing the music AND the mobile stopped working. What a waste of money. I am not saying all fisher price stuff is bad, I actually went and bought another fisher price swing that is a little more expensive and shaped like a plate(round) and it works great.

We've used this swing for 10 months now. My daughter loved it as a newborn and she still loves it. It still working fine. As a newborn we used the side to side swing and now we use the back and forth. Frankly, we forgot that it switched directions. The only thing I will note is that the base is wider then some other swings so this isn't something you'll easily get up and down stairs or move around. My husband also needed another pair of hands to assemble it.

Product is pricey - and we'll see if it's worth it - durable, and liked by the baby.

Putting the product together was a little bit of a hassle at one point, instructions are okay...this is why I gave it 3 stars

We like the plug in feature and that's why we got it
The swing speed is good - but not sure how it will be as the baby gets heavier.

This is generally a great swing, if yours doesnt stop working. Recently the swing is slow/soft, at least for a slightly chunky baby, and the music wont work. Out of the 4 music options only 1 still works, and not always. I have to stop an start the music at least 8 times in a row before the one working music option will stay on.

The swing was very durable and it was great that you could have the baby swing forward or sideways. The music was just fine with me and the baby. She used this from 1 month up to 7 months old. I know it was only seven months but she used it everyday!!!!!!!!
THE BEST THING WAS IT HAD AN ADAPTER TO PLUG IN THE WALL SO YOU WERE NOT USING TONS OF BATTERIES...

My son has been using this swing since he was a week old. Both my husband and I love it. It reclines enough that it is acceptable for use with an infant and has a variety of swinging speed settings from slow to fast. The biggest pro, and the selling point for us, is the plug in adaptor which is VERY difficult to find with baby swings. One less baby item that requires batteries is completely worth it. Other pros are the bright colors in the seat and mobile, the variety of music and sound settings with volume control and the multi directional swing. The baby seems to like the side to side rocking motion over the conventional swinging. I would buy this again and will recommend it to my closest friends. It was recommended to us by a Babies-R-Us employee and we have never been so thankful for a product recommendation. It takes up quite a bit of space and is not portable but it is not a swing designed for travel. No other cons, We Love it!

We use this swing when I have to cook dinner or need to do quick chores around the house. Our child loves swinging in it. The AC adapter is wonderful!

I love this swing. The material is water-resistant so anything that spills rolld right off. The animals on the mobile are so cy=ute and colorful my little guy startes at them all day when he's in the swing it's too cute. Someone gave us the swing after they used it and it was still in good condition and lasted sitting in their garage for almost 3 years so lasting over time isn't an issue.

I loved the cradle swing. My baby enjoyed it very much. It guaranteed to put her to sleep everytime we put her in. We took maxinum use of it as cradle and swing, before passing on to a friend who loves it also. I loved the way you can change the swinging directions from sideways to forward by just turning the seat. My baby loved the characters and songs with differnt sound setting. The speed setting to chance to lower setting was great once she falls a sleep. Most of all I can let it run forever since no concern of running the battery out. I loved it so much I kind of wanted to keep it even after she grew out of it. I greatly recommend it.
