My 6-year-old granddaughter wanted an alarm clock for her birthday. I looked high and low for one that would also play CDs. This was the only one I found. She loved it, but after a month the CD player quilt working. I returned it to the store where I bought it and they were great about refunding my money, but did not have another one in stock, so they ordered one to be delivered to my house. I was a little surprised that they charged me for shipping the replacement. The replacement arrived and seems to be working fine.

I bought this for my 7 year old daughter for Christmas, 2011. I had been looking for a Hello Kitty cd player, and most that I found had terrible reviews, and were the "boom box" type. When I saw this at the TRU store, I decided to give it a try. Everything still works, even now after a year and a half, and that is with several drops. She listens to her audio story cds almost everyday. It's also a good size, fitting on her bookshelf easily, and it is SOOO CUTE! I have been very pleased with this product.

I purchased this item for my Daughters 5th birthday. She loves it and can easily operate it. She loves to play her CD's and dance. great volume control. We have not used the alarm clock part yet but will when she gets a little older. Will be getting one for my youngest when she is old enough.

Needed a cd player/alarm clock/radio for girls room (almost 3 years old) - she'd been using the crib cd player but has obviously outgrown it and bb sister needed it:). I put her princess cd's in it and set alarm to that so she gently wakes up in the morning (haven't tried radio yet) - she's figured out how to turn it on herself when the sleep timer goes off.

Instructions were included but I didn't need them to set it up (some complained it didn't come with any).

Only thing I'd change is make the cord longer - we had to use an extension cord (old house with few plugs in each room so that may be a factor)

Ordered on line to be picked up at local store. Received an email that my order had been canceled because the product wasn't available at the store. The CSR at the 800 number was great. He shipped the CD player to me and made sure I had it in time for my granddaughter's birthday party.

My only complaint is the web site should be updated frequently enough to keep track of in store merchandise.

My four year old loves this. Easy for her to use. Cons are that setting the clock wasn't easy and it doesn't come with any instructions.

So far we really like this CD/Clock/Radio/Alarm Clock. We've mainly been using it for an Alarm and Clock. A little for the CD. It does come with an antenna cable attached to the back that you can unravel and move around to try and get better reception for the AM/FM radio. When it arrived, it did not have the manual inside the box, however it was pretty easy to setup and use, very similar to Mommy and Daddy's. I did contact customer service and within a few days they emailed me the soft copy of the manual. We're very happy with this, I would highly recommend it.

My daughter got a cd/boom box for xmas and it never worked right from the moment it was opened. So needless to say, we exchanged it for this Hello Kitty CD/Alarm/Radio. My duaghter loves it and I definitely think its great too. Heavy duty good quality. I'm going to purchase another one for my other daughter.

This was a gift for my 4 yr old daughter. She loves it. The controls are easy to set. She can play her own music now. Haven't found anything wrong with it.
