I got this so that my son could learn his animals, since he won't sit long enough for a book. I really like it. It's not just a sticker on wood, it seems to be all painted on. Over all good buy for the price I paid

Another great Melissa and Doug purchase. Easy to use for a 22-24mo old. Great pictures colors and keeps their attention. The big pieces make for fun toys all on their own let alone the problem solving and learning are fun.

Colorful & Cute! I bought more than one since I have a 4mos old grandson & another on the way. We used the animals off the board to help make a centerpiece at the shower of the second baby. All the guests loved them. They felt good in your hand and are easy to identify. The little ones were so engaged as they played "Old Mac Donald" with them.

I bought this puzzle for my son's 1st Xmas last year. And he loves it. He plays with the animals, it was a great way to teach him animal sounds. He eventually learned how to manipulate the pieces so they fit into the puzzle. Great for learning hand-eye coordination. He plays with his puzzles almost every day, I have bought a total of three different types of these melissa and doug's chunky puzzles so far and I'm buying the rest this xmas. Worth every penny.
