After our 6 month old outgrew his playmat we bought two sets of these to make a very large play area in the living room. They fit together well. They stay together wel. So far baby hasnt figured out how to take them apart anyway. Baby has relux and these are very easy to wipe up, unlike if a blanket only was under baby, spit up would go through staining the floor.

bought 6 sets of the mats to put on our son's bedroom floor which is hardwood. The mats are very durable and soft- BUT there is a VERY slippery residue which has made our children slip once their feet hid our hardwoods. The mats themselves aren't really slippery, but the residue gets on your feet and makes for walking on hardwoods dangerous.

I got this so my baby doesn't hit her head when she rolls over or falls on hardwood floors. It works much better than the thinner mats.

This is a great product. I was using a blanket before as a play area for my daughter but as a reflux baby she would spit up on it and I would have to wash it every other day, rotating between two blankets.

As my daughter is starting to get more mobile and learning how to craw the blankets were not cutting it. So I bought 2 packs of four. This gives her a nice big play area that we don't allow shoes on and it is easy to clean up and allows a safe spot for her to play. We will be getting 2 more packs to make her space bigger seeing as she is scooting around more.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

These mats are ok. I'm a bit disappointed they are uneven in height so the seam areas aren't flat. When you pick the mats up it leaves a residue on your hardwood floors that makes them dangerously slippery. I think I will use these mats to shine my floors instead of floor cleaner.

We bought these to create a safe playroom for our grandchildren, ages 1 and 3. They're hard enough that we can build block towers on them but soft enough to cushion the one year old when he stumbles. We've purchased 5 sets of four so far and are thinking of getting more. We really recommend them.
